Chief Operating Officer
Dennis is responsible for relationship development and interfacing with Paradigm Solutions’ clients, who are private and public businesses of all sizes and municipalities. In addition, Dennis also supports consulting service delivery to many of the firm’s clients and chairs the company’s Continuum Business Development groups.
Before co-launching Paradigm Solutions, Dennis was employed for 17 years by Intertek Technical Services, a global supply chain improvement and quality assurance consulting firm serving the aerospace, defense, and commercial manufacturing markets. Dennis served Intertek in various management capacities, including: Director, Operations; Director, International Business Operations; Chief Operating Officer; and for the last seven years of his career with the company, as President and Chief Operating Officer.
In addition to work, Dennis volunteers for numerous local organizations including the Warrenton Regional Chamber (WRC), the Balanced Growth Alliance (BGA), Fauquier County Government’s Economic Development Authority, Fauquier County Government’s Broadband Advisory Committee, Fauquier County Government’s Business Advisory Committee (BAC), The Partnership for Warrenton Foundation, the Southern Fauquier Business Owners Association (SFBOA), and VDOT’s Adopt-A-Highway Program.
Dennis and his wife / boss / best friend Jean reside in Catlett, where they enjoy gardening, music, photography, cooking, travelling, and creating custom-designed gifts and gift baskets.
