Jean L. Taylor, President
Jean, in collaboration with her husband and business partner Dennis Taylor, is responsible for developing the overall organizational vision and implementing strategies that enable that vision to be accomplished.
Before co-launching Paradigm Solutions, Jean Taylor was employed by Buccaneer Computer Systems where she served as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing a high profile operation. Jean served as the master coordinator of all project-related disciplines, including: timelines, budgets and relationships with both internal and external customers.
Jean’s resume also includes ten years with Trusted Computer Solutions as a Senior Secure Systems Engineer managing several DoD and Intelligence Projects. During her time with Trusted Computer Solutions, Jean provided support as the liaison between customers and internal products and software. Additional support was provided to the Certification and Accreditation process for several multi-level secure systems, including DCID 6/3, JAFAN 6/3, DIACAP, and the CDS/SABI processes.
Dennis A. Taylor, Chief Operating Officer
Dennis is responsible for relationship development and interfacing with Paradigm Solutions’ clients, who are small- to medium-sized businesses and public sector organizations. In addition, Dennis also supports consulting service delivery to the company’s private- and public-sector customers.
Before co-launching Paradigm Solutions, Dennis was employed for 17 years by Intertek Technical Services, a global supply chain improvement and quality assurance consulting firm serving the aerospace, defense, and commercial manufacturing markets. Dennis served Intertek in various management capacities, including: Director, Operations; Director, International Business Operations; Chief Operating Officer; and for the last seven years of his career with the company, as President and Chief Operating Officer.
In addition to work, Dennis volunteers for numerous local organizations including the Greater Warrenton Chamber of Commerce (GWCC), the Balanced Growth Alliance (BGA), Fauquier County Government’s Business Advisory Committee (BAC), The Partnership for Warrenton Foundation, the Southern Fauquier Business Owners Association (SFBOA), the Academic Advisory Council of the University of North America, and VDOT’s Adopt-A-Highway Program.
Dennis and his wife/boss/best friend Jean reside in Catlett, where they enjoy gardening, music, photography, cooking, travelling, and creating custom-designed gifts and gift baskets.
